How many PDFs can I merge at once?
There is no fixed limit. The practical ceiling is your device's memory: dozens of files merge smoothly on a modern laptop or phone.
Will merging reduce the quality of my PDF?
No. Merging copies the original pages byte-for-byte into a new container. Text stays selectable and images keep their original resolution.
Can I control the order of the merged pages?
Yes. Reorder the file cards before merging. To interleave pages from a single file, split it first, then merge the parts in the order you want.
Are bookmarks and the table of contents kept?
No. The pages themselves are copied exactly, but PDF outlines and bookmarks are not carried over. If you rely on the outline, rebuild it in your PDF editor after merging.
Can it merge password-protected PDFs?
No. Save a decrypted copy first, then merge that. Everything runs in your browser, so there is no server side where we could decrypt anything for you.
