How to use this tool

FAQ
Is this signature legally valid?
That depends on the document type and your country's law. This tool simply places your signature image on the page, entirely in your browser; it does not verify your identity or add certificates, timestamps or audit trails. Some documents, such as wills, notarial deeds or government forms, may require a handwritten signature or a stronger electronic signature process.
Is my signature image uploaded or stored anywhere?
No. The image stays in your browser's memory while you work. It is only kept if you tick Remember signature on this device, which saves it in this browser's local storage and never sends it anywhere.
Can I place several signatures or add the date?
Yes. Add the signature as many times as you like, mix in a date stamp, drag each one to its position and resize it with the corner handle.
